Things You Don’t Know You Can Do With Your Multifunction Samsung Laser Printer

Having a Samsung laser printer at home or in the office makes day-to-day operation a breeze. Multifunction printer technologies has come a long way. But did you know there are other things your printer can do other than print, copy, fax and scan?

Are there any features I don’t know with my Samsung laser printer?

If you are using a multifunction printer with a copier, perhaps there are features and apps you might not have discovered yet. These features are meant to make complex copying tasks easier and faster but are commonly underused.

Copying ID

This may vary depending on the printer brand or model you are using. But this feature allows copying of ID without the need of reloading the paper. If your printer has a display screen, search for the ID Copy feature. You can also search on your printer support page to check if your printer offers this feature.

Book Copy

Copying books can really consume a lot of time especially when it’s thick. But did you know that you can print both pages of the book in one go? A Samsung laser printer with copy feature can do that. The left and right pages of a book can be copied using the Book Copy feature.

N-up

Did you know that you can copy several images in one page and in one printing? This multifunction feature lets you change your preferred page layout.  It arranges multiple pages in one single in grid patterns and different reduction sizes. A multifunction Samsung laser printer can compact a 9-page layout.

Poster Copying

Is the image too large to reproduce? The Poster Copy feature allows a poster-sized image be printed into several portions. It copies and prints each portion by the same order.

Watermark

You can copy, scan and print your documents with “Draft” or “Confidential” watermark on one or all pages of your printouts.

Printing Rules

Do you want to control the use of your printer? Establish your printing rules as default even on a color laser printer. By setting one printer of your network as the default setting, every print will follow the same print rule regardless of which printer in the network it be routed to.

There are many print, copy, fax and scan features a Samsung laser printer has. However, most users overlook these simple options and miss out on great applications that could make their printing tasks easier and convenient. Try them now!
