Firmware-Safe Compatible HP 902 XL Color Ink Cartridges with Upgraded Chips, High Yield, 3-Pack / 1-Pack, for HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 and 6968 Printers

Compatible HP 902XL Color Ink Cartridges - Firmware-Safe

Keep color available for school projects and office reports without replacing a black cartridge that still has ink. Catch Supplies compatible HP 902XL color ink cartridges offer flexible replacements for invoices, customer correspondence, school projects, and illustrated office reports. Choose a coordinated color set or an individual cartridge to match the ink your printer needs.

Choose a color set or a single replacement

The 3-Pack includes one cyan, one magenta, and one yellow cartridge. Select 1-Pack (Cyan), 1-Pack (Magenta), or 1-Pack (Yellow) when only that color needs replacing. Black ink is not included in any option on this page. Unused colors can remain sealed until needed.

High yield color capacity

Each cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridge prints up to 825 pages. These figures apply to each cartridge individually; they are not a combined yield for the set. Actual output varies with page coverage, print settings, maintenance, and printing habits. Choose this capacity for regular color printing.

Upgraded chips and Firmware-Safe printing

This Firmware-Safe version includes upgraded chips and is designed to help avoid chip errors after HP firmware updates. It works with compatible HP+ printers, including supported models ending in “e”. Check the compatibility list for your exact model.

Printer fit and purchase protection

Designed for HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 and 6968 and other printers listed on this page. For regular printing, compatible HP 902 XL ink combines high yield capacity with separate black and color replacements. Follow your printer's instructions when installing each cartridge in its matching color slot. Your purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 2-year warranty.

Flexible color replacement

Compatible HP 902XL cyan, magenta, and yellow ink is available separately as well as together. Check the selected Pack option carefully so your order contains the color you need.

Plan your next print job

Plan replacements around your usual documents. A week of invoices may use mostly black ink, while charts and school projects can place more demand on individual colors. Keeping cartridges separate gives you flexibility to replenish those supplies at different times rather than replacing every color for each new project.
